In case of short delivery of shares, you will be notified by your broker via email. Before the date specified in the email, you would either receive the shares in your demat account or you would receive a refund for the same. 

Since info of short delivery isn't passed on to us due to privacy reasons, you would have to notify the smallcase Team (on on the same. Based on whether you received a refund or received the shares, your smallcase will be adjusted accordingly.
